Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Hansø packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
